Stefan Liebschner and Ivo Dahm have started their careers in the international hotel business. After their university education, they worked for Lufthansa Party Service, managing large events all over the world for up to 35,000 guests.
In 2001 Ivo, followed by Stefan in 2003, moved to work for Deutsche Lufthansa AG. For the next decade, they gained significant crew hotel management skills and experience through their roles providing hotel rooms and transportation services for airline crews. They have conducted contract negotiations in over 100 countries, creating close-knit connections between airlines and hotels.
Since 2001, they have bought more than 17 million hotel rooms, ensuring over 15 million overnight stays for airline crew members.
